Organic Desiccated Coconut (DC) Chips are produced from fresh white meat of the coconut kernel. The white kernel is cut into chip-sized pieces and then dried at 100 degrees centigrade. It has a fat % between 63%-68%.
The careful manufacturing process helps to retain the flavour with a favourable crunch making it an ideal ingredient for a variety of dishes. Coconut chips can come in a standard original form as well as a slightly toasted form. The toasted chips come in a variety of flavours such as Salted, Sweet, Salted with Garlic and Salted with onion.
